Ventcon will invest $6.7 million to establish manufacturing operations in Jackson, Tenn., its first plant outside of company headquarters in Allen Park, Mich. The expansion is expected to create 75 jobs.

The new facility will position the HVAC duct fabricator to be geographically closer to two of its sizeable, contracted projects with Ford Motor Co.: Blue Oval City and BlueOvalSK Battery Park.
