Toronto, December 1, 2021/PRNewswire/-Russel Metals Inc. (TSX: RUS) announced that it has completed the acquisition of a group of companies operating under the name Boyd Metals ("Boyd"). Boyd has five services in Fort Smith (Arkansas), Little Rock (Arkansas), Joplin (Missouri), Oklahoma City (Oklahoma) and Taylor (Texas) center.
