Dunmore, PA - Below you will find the road report for the week of September 5 – September 9, 2022. The first set of information is our short-term projects and standard of care maintenance projects. The second set of information is our long-term projects which will be updated as work within the project changes.

Baseball is back: Please note there will be traffic issues at Davis Street, I-81, and Montage Mountain Road, Moosic at the beginning and end of the games.  There will be games on Friday, September 2 starting at 6:35 PM.  On Saturday, September 3rd, the game starts at 6:05 PM and on Sunday, September 4th the game starts at 1:05 PM.   Home games will return on Tuesday, September 13, 2022.  Please note that there will be a concert at The Pavilion at Montage Mountain on Friday, September 9, 2022.

 Please note:  Work will depend on current weather conditions.   Special Events

There will be traffic issues in downtown Scranton from Friday, September 2 to Monday, September 5 for La Festa Italiana.  Several streets around courthouse square will be closed.   There will be a road closure on SR 1002 (Calkins Road), Honesdale, Wayne County on Saturday, September 3 for the Herd the Curd 5K and 10K Race.  The race starts at 8:30 AM.   Short Term Projects 

Motorists can check conditions on major roadway miles by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information, and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras.
