Accu-roll pipe mill guide disc
Description
Pipe blank piercing procession is the first procedure of seamless steel tube processing.The piercing mill with guide disc is widely used. Guide disc is a guide device of the piercing mill frame, which is used to form the closed pass of steel pipe.The guide disc has an axial front tension on the blank during the piercing process, which can increase the axial velocity of the hollow billet and reduce the ellipticity, which is beneficial to the piercing process and speed improvement. The guide disc is composed of two parts: the contact arc radius and the thickness .The profile and thickness are important technical parameters of guide disc.The profile is determined by inlet radius and outlet radius and the thickness is determined by the minimum roll distance and the minimum gap between the guide disc and the roll.
Material: FL12 ,pearlitic spheroidal greaphite cast iron (sand cast)

Advantages:
