9 5/8" Perforated J55 Base Pipe with Stainless Steel 304L Screen Jacket
Pipe base screens are also known as perforated base pipe with screen jacket, two layers water well screen, Reinforced Johnson screen, Reinforced Strainer, filter pipes,etc.
Pipe based well screens consist of base pipe, all-welded wedge wire screen and supporting rod. Its V-shape opening design could make the filtering accuracy higher, which can control sand better. Better filter function OASIS Pipe based well screens with screen jacket are used for deep water well application and oil field application. It is used for sand control in wells with high pressure and high traction value due to the depths. The base pipe is perforated or slotted API casing pipe, it can be stainless steel or carbon API 5CT casing. The jacket added outside could provide protection to the inside base pipe according to customers' requirements. The integrated strength of the perforated base pipe only decreases 2%-3% compared with the standard casing or oil tubing, so the pipe based well screens have enough integrated strength to resist to the pressure caused by strata. And, the smaller slot will increase the oil and gas production.

Inspection and Test of perforated base pipe with stainless steel screen jacket:
1. All Dimensions of water well sand filter will be checked by our quality inspector, and they also can be inspected by Third Party Inspections or representative appointed by buyer.
2. Wall thickness of coupling material is inspected by Ultrasonic inspection method, and they also be made the Ultrasonic flaw detection
3. Do Destructive Collapse Test and collaspe Strength Test before shipment.
4. If required, the screens will be made pickling and passivation.
5. The whole manufacturing process can be monitored by Third Party Inspection Company and representative appointed by buyer.
6.The screens will be arranged the Pre-shipment Inspection if required.
